Brian J. Milligan
Chief Financial Officer
Brian has over 12 years of CFO experience, including T-Systems North America and The Hummel Group. During this time he has managed finance and accounting, legal, human resources and recruiting, facilities, procurement and various other areas. He has broad experience in start-up and small companies with strong growth plans, and has executive level experience in leading various buy/sell transactions. In 1997 he was the founding CFO for Technology Asset Management, which was sold to debis IT Services North America, which was subsequently sold to T-Systems. Brian maintained the CFO role throughout these transactions, and managed the North American operations for T-Systems until 2004. Subsequent to this he assisted companies setting up operations, leading expansion plans, and serving as the financial executive in leading a $150M+ due diligence effort related to acquiring a leading networking company. In 2006 Brian joined The Hummel Group as its CFO where he worked until joining BOB.
Brian began his career in 1985 by joining KPMG in its audit division. He spent 6 years with KPMG and joined Kemper Corporation where he spent 6 years working in various leadership positions with the company, including VP of Financial Analysis for the mutual fund company.
Brian has a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, an MbA in Finance from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and is a CPA.
