Mr. Kingston is a 25 year telecommunications industry veteran. Prior to founding BOB Mr. Kingston was President, COO of Sparkplug Broadband. Sparkplug, funded by Ignition Partners, deployed Motorola Canopy technology in two major markets to provide broadband wireless solutions to the enterprise market. Prior to Sparkplug Mr. Kingston was President, COO of Monet Mobile. Monet was initially funded by Qualcomm and later funded by Soros, Mayfield and Intel among others to deploy the Qualcomm 1xEVDO technology. Monet was the first company in the world to deploy 1xEVDO in the 1.9 GHz spectrum. Prior to Monet Mr. Kingston was President of XO communications for the Midwest Division. Mr. Kingston started the division and grew it to over $200 million in revenue in 3 years. Prior to XO Mr. Kingston was Regional Vice President for eSpire Communications. Mr. Kingston was the fifth employee of eSpire and was responsible for launching all of eSpire’s original markets as well as Carrier Sales. eSpire grew from $0 to $60 million in 3 years with the majority coming from Mr. Kingstons efforts and region. Prior to eSpire Mr. Kingston was in Carrier Sales for TCG handling the MCI account. Prior to TCG Mr. Kingston was in Carrier sales for MFS where he was the top revenue producer for over two years.
